Master Tracking System ("MTS")

MTS helps users administer ECA transactions by allowing finance parties to record data, calculate eligibility content, and automatically develop documents required by ECAs, such as the Export-Import Bank of the United States (“EXIM”). The ability to plan disbursements, manage and create execution versions of required EXIM documentation, and track EXIM eligibility amounts, are unique features of MTS. MTS provides central storage of procurement and finance data, and users benefit from additional valuable organizational tools such as procurement and cash management.

MTS streamlines documentation administration for users, effectively increasing information accuracy, and reducing overhead time and cost necessary to complete EXIM documentation packages.

MTS links data input related to the procurement of goods and services to content analysis (by country of origin) and automatically generates relevant ECA forms, filled-in and ready for certifying signature.

For disbursement planning purposes, MTS identifies which documents and related procurement, invoice, change order and shipping information are required to be obtained from which party and by which date to meet target disbursement schedules.

MTS also generates non-EXIM management reports useful to procurement, finance, and executive teams,. Featured MTS reports include: invoice reports, purchase order reports, real-time eligibility tracking reports (according to EXIM content categories), change order reports, and disbursement documentation requirements.

Users may enter data, review information, and generate reports and required EXIM forms from remote locations and data is protected and secured using 128 bit encryption.
